2010- MGN NJUNG’E & CO opened its doors with four consultants and one partner (Centerprise)at Regal plaza being hosted by Mamujee Consultants. Mamujee and MGN continue to offer end to end support to clients with Mamujee offering the book keeping services and MGN backstopping with audit and tax services.
2011-MGN moved from the co-shared office at Regal plaza to its own office, at Madonna House.
2012-External training was introduced to the company and the first training was held at Lenana Road, Kilimani. The organisation added an employee and a consultant to the family.
MGN moved from Madonna house to Royal Offices to accommodate the growing clientele and staff.
2013-MGN introduced the internship programme. The organisation also grew by one employee and two consultants. In the same year, Enfield Consultants joined the organisation as a partner.
2014- MGN added Project Audits to its services portfolio docket. The organisation ventured into Somalia and Rwanda. In Rwanda we retain affiliation with MN Associates( now HLB-Rwanda)
2015- In this year, MGN grew by three members of staff in addition to one support staff. Tax Advisory services docket was introduced as a department on its own. The Organisation ventured into Nigeria having affiliate offices with Portersworld Consult and Akindele Philip.
2016-MGN added partners among them, GG Joshua(partner), Laeteon Wealth (Partner). The Organisation added a Consultant and two members of staff.
2017-Members of Staff numbers had grown. MGN introduced a welfare kitty for its employees and introduced all employees (who were not in Sacco’s) to Mhasibu Sacco.
In the same year, MGN introduced CSR to the organization.
2018-MGN added four members of staff, while one exited, in the same year, MGN ventured into Due Diligence and HR consultancy.
MGN is listed as one of the prequalified audit firms for BMZ, HPF and GIZ.MGN continues to work in the horn of Africa and has offered services in Djibouti, Rwanda, South Sudan , Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda.
MGN Njunge & Co became MGN Associates LLP, to accommodate the growing partners and regions.
2019-MGN Associates LLP formalised the different departments. The organisation also added one member of staff. Intrapersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Heightened team spirit, personal development, growth opportunities have been enhanced through continuos training and mentorship.
