- MGN team has grown so big……I joined the team when it had only 6 staffs ( Director, management all included) now its towards a total of 20 staffs exclusive of external consultants.

The milestones that are important both individually and for the company are:
- 20th of December 2018 we did our first CSR as a firm

- In the year 2019 I joined MGN first as an intern before later on being absorbed as a full time employee.
- MGN has given me a platform to apply my skills by providing a favourable working environment which is essential towards achieving my career goals as well as the company’s objectives.

I appreciate this opportunity to share my idea and what I consider as key milestones for the almost two year period I have been with the firm.
The following are identifiable achievements for MGN for the period;
- Team Work- I consider this as a key ingredient to business success. When people pull together organizational resources are best utilized to the overall success of the business. It creates a conducive work environment where members are willing to give their best.
- Corporate social responsibility (CSR)- By giving back to the society ,MGN is creating strong and favorable ties with its market. Its an opportunity to profile MGN and build its brand.
- Incorporation of additional partners- This is not only an opportunity to grow additional resources but also an avenue to expand to new markets.

“The story is our escort…” Having joined MGN Associates LLP family in April 2018 (then MGN Njunge & Co), it has been a journey full of commendable experiences. As a new employee then, I looked forward to exploiting my potential, growing my career and getting integrated into the wider financial corporate world. Of the key achievements I have gained at MGN for the past two years include:
- Intrapersonal skills. This is due to close working relationships with our clients facilitated by personalised services tailored to match the needs of every client.
- Heightened team spirit drawn from both my colleagues and Supervisors
- Personal development through the annual trainings and other regular in-office trainings.
In 2019 MGN launched different departments in line with the different services provided by the firm. I was given a chance and resources that have seen me gain skills and experience in project audits and performing due diligence assignments in the newly created department of Project Audits. It’s an opportunity that has helped me interact with various NGOs carrying out different humanitarian interventions in Kenya and looking forward to beyond.
